From as far back as he can remember, Mike has always loved rap music - long before it was cool for white kids to rock baggies !
Beginning his association as a dedicated fan – many a blunt was rolled, chilling with DJ Solution and the other usual suspects bugging to Cyprus Hill, Tribe Called Quest and Wu Tang Clan (amongst others). Every word was scrutinised, every style disassembled.

Inspired, Mike started to write bars; pages and pages of flows over Solutions Groovebox beats – building production skills and lyrical flows from the ground up. Between bullshit gigs and half ass jobs to make ends meet, Mike hooked up with a community organization called YAP – and helped them write a dedicated music production program which spawned many successful producers and artists.
Securing himself some much needed money and a chance to meet a rogues gallery of inspiring characters from the wrong sides of the tracks. He continues his work with YAP to this day.

Ten years on and two pseudonyms later, Mike has truly developed his own lyrical technique: Code named White Dragon Style, he directs his versatile lyrical tirades over hip hop or drum and base with DJ Solution and the Subliminal Cuts Collective.
